BED & BREAKFAST TARIFS - Prices in €  per day and are current through 1st September 2008

Local tax ("taxe de séjour") is not included in the above prices.

Our pricing includes:

- Furnishing of your bedroom:

- Bed for 1 or 2 people made up before your arrival,
- TV or Hi-Fi (on request),
- En-suite bathrooms with shower,
- Towels.

- Services free of charge (on request):

- Daily bedroom cleaning (except bathroom)
- Sheets and towels are changed every 7 days for stays longer than 1 week,
- Baby bed, push chair and high chair. 

- Meals:

- Welcome drink
- Breakfasts includes tea, coffee or hot chocolate, bread, croissants, orange juice, marmalades and jams... and we will make every effort possible for any specific needs.
- Dinner, with regional products, is usually served when ordered before 12 Midday. And we will make every effort possible for any specific needs.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION (Gite) TARIFFS - Prices in € and are current through 1st September 2007

Local tax ("taxe de séjour") is not included in the above prices.

Our pricing includes:

Inventory will be agreed at arrival and departure. A 300€ guarantee deposit will be asked at arrival and will be fully refunded after the exit inventory, excluding any cost for damage and/or cleaning the gîte.

 General Conditions:

Reservation: we ask for a 30% deposit to confirm any reservation. The balance will be paid on departure.
Checks from French banks and "chèques de vacances" are accepted.

Cancellation: any cancellation must be communicated in writing
- Gîte - Cal Barbe will keep the deposit if the cancellation happens within the 30 days before the start of the stay.
- B&B - Cal Barbe will keep the deposit if the cancellation happens within 8 days before the start of the stay.

Arrival: bedrooms and gîte will be available from 16:00. We would appreciate if you could let us know if you intend to arrive later than 20:00.

Departure: rooms should be vacated before 12 Midday.

Animals: We are sorry but in the interests of all of our guests we only accept pets in the self catering accommodation and on condition that they are kept on leash at all times while in the garden..

Smoking : We do ask that guests do not smoke in the bedrooms. We'd also ask not to smoke while eating in the dining table for the B&B accommodation.
